Love Me 2
After working on the song Love me 2 for two years, Sam Kerger (Skaerex) released his debut song featuring Sweety.
This music video was my first major music video filmed in Tenerife and I personally fell in love with the cinematic look of this island.
Behind The Scenes
The Canary Islands was a location that Sam had traveled to several times, this made Tenerife the perfect place to shoot this. There were several spots that he had in mind, but the scene by the cliffs and the small beach were the most important ones.
To do this we went on a location scout where we found a small private beach in a secluded spot that was exactly what Skaerex envisioned when he imagined the video.
Sam created a story about his own experiences and his dreams that he lived.
Yet, he did not want to be the protagonist of the music video himself, he felt it was more important that the performances in the music video were realistic than that he acted something that wasn't reality.
Therefore we looked for actors who would fit into the story and we found Cristian Morales and Catalina Corte who wanted to help us make this story a reality.
